Return/Refund Policy for Non Custom/Personalized Products
We accept returns within 7 days after delivery of your purchase. In order to return your purchase for a refund, you must contact us at email@example.com and inform us of the return. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in like new condition. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Special Orders and Personalized Products Return Policy – We cannot accept returns on custom items that are personalized with names, events or other special orders.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can quickly send out a replacement to you at no charge. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and mug for our proof for shipping insurance.
Once we’ve received and inspected that your return is unused and in like new condition, we will notify you that item was received process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
